You may place an order through the easy checkout at martinandosa.com or by calling 1.800.227.2439, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests.

Canadian addresses in urban areas will receive orders 6 to 10 business days after the order is placed. Delivery to rural addresses may take 20 to 22 business days.

We are unable to ship more than 15 items per order to international addresses.

Martin + Osa cannot ship personal care items to addresses outside of the continental United States.

Martin + Osa makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.

Canadian customers placing orders with martinandosa.com agree to the following:

"By ordering merchandise from Martin + Osa, I hereby authorize Russell A. Farrow Ltd. to act as my agent (for customs purposes only) and to transact business with Revenue Canada, to clear my merchandise, pay my duties and taxes, handle any merchandise returns and file refund claims on my behalf."

U.S. residents ordering goods shipped to Canada will be charged Canadian duties and taxes.

Orders shipped to international addresses are not eligible for Free Shipping, shipping upgrades, or gift-with-purchase promotions. We honor Martin + Osa coupons with valid Discount Codes.

Due to customs restrictions, we cannot offer gift wrap or include a gift receipt with items that are shipped to international addresses.

Shipping + Handling

At this time, Standard shipping by CanadaPost is the only home delivery option available to Canadian customers. Embassy and military shipments are not available.

All Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11. No expedited shipping options are available for Canadian customers.

When placing an order at martinandosa.com or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: the Martin + Osa Gift Card, American Express, Novus Discover, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. Diner?s Club is also accepted, although it should be entered during check out as a MasterCard. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship.

All prices and purchase requirements at martinandosa.com are shown and completed in U.S. dollars. Martin + Osa accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars. Martin + Osa adds all applicable taxes and duties, including excise taxes, duty and Canadian GST and PST, to your order total automatically when you order. The duty will be estimated on all items. You will not be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery for any reason.

Martin + Osa will not honor gift exemptions on Canadian orders.

You may purchase a Martin + Osa Gift Card or E-Gift Card at martinandosa.com for $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $250, $300, $400, and $500. Shipping for Martin + Osa Gift Cards purchased at martinandosa.com and sent to international addresses without any other merchandise is US $25. E-Gift Cards will be delivered to the recipients email address for no additional fee. Shipping fees for a Martin + Osa Gift Card will not be applied if included in a purchase of Martin + Osa products. Instead, you will only be charged the shipping fees that apply to the merchandise total.

You may use your Martin + Osa Gift Card toward any purchase at martinandosa.com, but you may only use one Martin + Osa Gift Card per order. Please enter the pin number that appears on the back of your Martin + Osa Gift Card when you redeem it online. If your purchase exceeds the balance of your Martin + Osa Gift Cards, you can pay for the rest of the purchase with your credit card.

All Martin + Osa Gift Card orders will be processed at face value in U.S. funds. When you check the balance on a gift card that was bought at martinandosa.com or a Martin + Osa store, the remaining amount on the gift card will appear in U.S. dollars.

Reward your customers or employees with a Martin + Osa Gift Card and let them pick the perfect Martin + Osa gift themselves. Martin + Osa Gift Cards can be redeemed online at martinandosa.com, by phone, and at any Martin + Osa store.

Your tax and duty will be refunded only if you return your purchase by mail to the following address:

To return Martin + Osa merchandise by mail, tear off the bottom of the invoice that came with your order and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. Keep the top of the invoice for your records. Be sure to include the completed bottom of the invoice as you pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Attach the shipping label provided on the invoice or mail the package to:

By processing your return through Russell A. Farrow, you agree to the following:

"Once return funds are approved I authorize Revenue Canada to forward to Russell A. Farrow my approved refund of duties and taxes. I understand that refunds of duties and taxes, from Revenue Canada, may only be made within one year after the date of ordering."

Martin + Osa stores in the United States can accept returns and exchanges, but cannot refund tax and duty costs for martinandosa.com orders delivered to Canada.
