Follow these easy steps to create an account:

• Step 1: Click on the Sign in link at the top of the page. On the Account Sign In page, click on the 'Create Account' button.
• Step 2: Enter the required fields on the Account Registration page (name, email address and phone number). For your security, create and confirm your password. If you would like to receive special offers and news on the latest styles and events click on the box to sign up for Martin + Osa email. So we can specialize your shopping experience, you can also indicate what clothes you like.
• Step 3: The last step in signing up for an account is to click on the 'Create Account' button at the bottom of the page.

To sign in to your martinandosa.com account, go to the Account Sign In page enter your e-mail address and password. If you are visiting martinandosa.com as a registered user from a public computer, you should always sign out when you are finished so that other computer users cannot access your information. Go to the top of any page and select "sign out".

Order history and tracking services are available to U.S. customers only. Martin + Osa can tell you where your order is in the shipping process when you provide your order number and e-mail address. If you are a registered user, you do not even need to provide your order number. Simply sign in to view your order history by date or order number. This lets you browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. Martin + Osa provides a real-time tracking service that shows you the details of your order's whereabouts through the carrier.

Orders shipped to Canadian addresses can be tracked through CanadaPost.com but not through martinandosa.com.

To track orders to international addresses, enter your order number at usps.com. If the tracking results show that your package was delivered, follow up with your local post office for more information.

Editing your profile means changing the personal information such as the address or phone number that you entered when you registered. When you log on to martinandosa.com using your email address and password the first page that will appear is the 'Your Account Information' page. You can view and edit your saved information as well as add new information from this page. Use your profile to activate a faster, easier checkout by selecting a specific address, shipping method and credit card as your 'default' information.

You may change your password easily by first signing in and then on the Account Information page under 'Your Account; click on the edit button. Your Account Information will display, in the Change Password fields you will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should immediately create a new password. It is important that your password is easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.

A faster, easier checkout saves time and makes the order process more convenient for registered users. If you are signed in and have saved a billing address, shipping address, shipping method and/or credit card information, martinandosa.com will retrieve all of your checkout preferences automatically. All you have to do is review, edit if necessary and then click on 'place order' to complete your purchase. Even after you've activated the faster, easier checkout, you still may edit any of your saved information as you are checking out.

By registering, you are able to create up to five Martin + Osa Wish Lists. On martinandosa.com select all your favorite Martin + Osa styles and save them to your personalized wish list. Let your friends and family know what you want by forwarding your Martin + Osa Wish List. You can choose to make your wish list public or private. A public wish list can be viewed by others; a private wish list cannot. You'll need to sign in to your Martin + Osa account when you want to update a wish list or create new wish lists.

As a registered user you can create a personalized Address Book to record and store multiple shipping addresses. When signed in, on the Account Information page under 'Your Account' you may view and add addresses to your 'Shipping Address Book'. When adding a new address create a specific 'location name' for each address, this will identify who this address is associated with (i.e. home, work). During checkout you will have an option of selecting one of your saved addresses for an easier, quicker checkout.
