Order history and tracking services at martinandosa.com are available to U.S. customers only. Martin + Osa can tell you where your order is in the shipping process when you provide your order number and e-mail address. If you are a registered user, you do not even need to provide your order number. Simply sign in to view your order history by date or order number. This lets you browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. Martin + Osa provides a real-time tracking service that shows you the details of your order's whereabouts through the carrier.
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses can be tracked through CanadaPost.com but not through martinandosa.com.
To track orders to international addresses, enter your order number at usps.com. If the tracking results show that your package was delivered, follow up with your local post office for more information.
