You may place an order through the easy checkout at martinandosa.com or by calling 1-800-227-2439, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests.
PricesAll prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. Martin + Osa accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars.
SearchYou may search through martinandosa.com's merchandise categories such as denim or shoes. Simply type in the kind of product you are looking for and you will be able to browse through every Martin + Osa item in that category. For example, if you type in the word "denim" you will see every item on martinandosa.com that has the word "denim" in it.
You also may type in the name of an item as shown in promotional pieces mailed to your home. For example, typing "Vintage Cargo" will bring up all choices of Vintage Cargo Pants and Vintage Cargo Shorts. The keyword search is not case sensitive.
If you know the style number of the item you want, you can also enter it into the search box.
Inventory statusIf the product you are searching for is not currently listed online, it may not be available through martinandosa.com at this time. Please call 1-800-227-2439, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to find out if the item you are looking for is on back order. We do not keep inventory to re-supply our previously featured, sold-out stock. When shopping, the sizes and color currently available for each item will be listed in the drop-down menus for you to select and add to your shopping bag.
By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item being listed as available. We will send you an e-mail if this happens to your order.
If an item is listed as back-ordered, the item is currently not available for shipping but will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the item until it ships. If the item ships separately from the original order, you will not be charged for shipping a second time.
You have the option of canceling a back-ordered item any time before it ships. Please call 1-800-227-2439, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a representative will be happy to help you.
Sales taxBecause Martin + Osa's parent company AEO, Inc. has stores in all 50 states, all state tax laws apply to your Martin + Osa order. Martin + Osa follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order.
Taxes and shipping for U.S. orders are not confirmed until the order is packed and about to ship, which means the total on the invoice may vary slightly from the total on the order confirmation notice. For Canadian orders, Martin + Osa adds all applicable taxes and duties, including excise taxes, duty and Canadian GST and PST, to your total automatically when you order. For other international orders, USPS or its local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.
Gift wrapMartin + Osa will gift-wrap purchases delivered to U.S. addresses for $5 per item. Please indicate which items you would like to have gift-wrapped during the checkout process. Gift-wrapping is available year-round to any U.S. address. Due to customs restrictions, we cannot offer gift-wrap or include a gift receipt with items that are shipped to international addresses including Canada.
