To celebrate the launch of our website, Martin + Osa is offering free ground shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of how much you spend. It's just that simple.
If you wish to upgrade your domestic order to express shipping, there is a flat rate fee of $15. For next day shipping, there is a flat rate fee of $22.
All Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $11. No expedited shipping options are available for Canadian customers.

Shipping OptionsCurrently, Martin + Osa ships to all Canada provinces and all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Navassa Island, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Midway Atoll, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day delivery within the continental United States. We deliver to Canadian addresses using standard shipping from CanadaPost.
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Martin + Osa will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
Standard shipping (3 - 10 business days)- Your order should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after it ships.
- Standard shipping must be used for all orders containing Martin + Osa personal care products. At this time, we cannot ship Martin + Osa personal care products to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Standard delivery must also be used for orders shipped to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.
- Martin + Osa Gift Cards shipped alone will always be sent using Standard delivery. Shipping for Martin + Osa Gift Cards is always free.
- Standard shipping by CanadaPost is the only home delivery option available to Canadian customers.
- 2nd Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
- Orders placed by 1 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
- Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Thursday and 1 p.m. EST Friday will arrive Monday.
- Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST Friday through the weekend will arrive Tuesday.
You can track your order by providing your order numbers and e-mail addresses. If you are a registered user, simply sign in to your account to view your order history by date or order number. This allows you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. If you aren't a registered user at martinandosa.com, you can use your order number to check the status of your shipment. Orders shipped to Canadian addresses can be tracked through CanadaPost.com but not through martinandosa.com.
